Refund Policy
 

This Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for returning items purchased from TactiFlesh ("we" or "us"). By placing an order at www.TactiFlesh.com (the "Site"), you consent to these terms.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@tactiflesh.com within 90 days of receiving your item. We may ask for photographs or video evidence of the item to assess whether your return can be authorized.


You will be responsible for shipping and insurance costs when returning an item. We recommend using a carrier service that allows you to track and insure your return shipment, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.

We will not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. The return is initiated without our authorization.

  2. The return lacks an authorization number provided by us.

  3. The authorization number is not clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping box.

  4. The item is returned more than 20 days after receiving the authorization number.

  5. The item shows signs of damage due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions.
     

If we accept the returned shipment, we will inspect the item. If it is unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, we will process a full refund.
 

In cases where the simulator displays signs of wear and has a factory-related issue, we will conduct an assessment to decide whether to issue a replacement or a partial refund based on its condition.
 

Fees:

Note: This excludes tariffs, import duties, and any fees specific to your country or region.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase. If a refund is not approved, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.


Exchanges:

For the quickest way to get a different item, return the item you currently have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for your desired product.

Refunds
 

You will be informed once we have received and evaluated your return, along with whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Keep in mind that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card provider. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
